The Company called as "Arkas Hellas Shipping Agency S.A.” (hereinafter called as the "Company”), having its registered office at 33, Akti Miaouli str., 185 35, Piraeus, Greece, with contact number +30 210 4599460 and website www.arkas-hellas.gr, informs you that, primarily, it collects your personal data directly from you and not from third parties and processes, as a Controller, your personal data (namely your name, surname, birth date, e-mail address, company and job title) in terms of the Company’s newsletter service.

The Company collects your personal data through our collaboration in business matter, which may be the exchange of business cards or/and communication (e.g. telephone, post, e-mails). Such a process is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company and in particular the corporate promotion and marketing {Art.6 par.1 (f)}.

Your personal data may not be disclosed to third parties or outsourcing providers. In addition, the Company does not transmit your personal data to a third country or international organization. In light of the above, the Company shall process your personal data in a manner that ensures its protection by taking all appropriate organizational and technical measures for data security and its protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other form of illicit processing. The Company also does not make automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

The Company ensures the exercise of your rights, provided by the GDPR, namely the right to information, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure («to be forgotten»), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object as per circumstances that process takes place for the legitimate interests pursued by the Company. In specific, upon receive of each newsletter e-mail, you will deserve the right to unsubscribe from the recipients’ list by clicking on the relevant link in the end of the mail. Accordingly, the Company will store your personal data for the purpose of the newsletter service until you unsubscribe from the recipients’ list.

Συγκεκριμένα, η Εταιρεία συλλέγει τα προσωπικά δεδομένα σας, όπως ανωτέρω αναφέρθηκαν, στα πλαίσια της επαγγελματικής μας συνεργασίας μέσω ανταλλαγής επαγγελματικών καρτών ή/και επικοινωνίας (λ.χ. τηλεφωνικά, ταχυδρομικά, ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο). Η εν λόγω επεξεργασία κρίνεται απαραίτητη για την εξυπηρέτηση των εννόμων συμφερόντων της Εταιρείας (ενδεικτικά η εταιρική προώθηση και επικοινωνία) {Άρθρ. 6 (1)(στ)}.

Η Εταιρεία σε καμία περίπτωση δεν διαβιβάζει τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα είτε σε τρίτους αποδέκτες είτε σε τρίτη χώρα ή/και διεθνή οργανισμό δεδομένων, ενώ δεν προβαίνει σε αυτοματοποιημένη ατομική λήψη αποφάσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της κατάρτισης προφίλ.. Επιπλέον, εξ ορισμού η Εταιρεία λαμβάνει όλα τα απαραίτητα τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα για την ασφάλεια των προσωπικών σας

Σύμφωνα με τον ΓΚΠΔ σας παρέχονται τα δικαιώματα της πληροφόρησης/ενημέρωσης, πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης, διαγραφής, περιορισμού της επεξεργασίας, φορητότητας των δεδομένων και εναντίωσης κατά τις περιπτώσεις όπου η επεξεργασία γίνεται για την εξυπηρέτηση των εννόμων συμφερόντων της Εταιρείας. Συγκεκριμένα, κατά την παραλαβή κάθε ενημερωτικού δελτίου newsletter, θα σας δίδεται η δυνατότητα να επιλέξετε τη διαγραφή σας από τη σχετική λίστα αποδεκτών μέσω συνδέσμου (unsubscribe link) που θα βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μηνύματος. Ακολούθως, η Εταιρεία θα διατηρεί τα προσωπικά δεδομένα σας για τις ανάγκες της υπηρεσίας newsletter, κατά το χρονικό διάστημα που παραμένετε εγγεγραμμένοι στη λίστα αποδεκτών.
